Why this site exists
Clinic software decisions are frustrating. Vendor websites bury pricing, comparison articles are outdated or paid for, and sales demos take hours you don't have. ClinicDrift exists to make this easier.
What we do
We research and compare software tools used in clinic environments — appointment scheduling, patient reminders, booking workflows, and communication platforms. We focus on the questions that actually matter when you're evaluating a tool:
- Does it reduce no-shows?
- How much does it actually cost at clinic scale?
- What does setup look like for a small or mid-sized practice?
- Where does it fall short?
How we make money
ClinicDrift earns a commission when you click a link and purchase or sign up for a product we recommend. This doesn't change the price you pay. It allows us to keep the site free and independent.
We only recommend tools we've assessed for relevance to clinic operations. We do not accept payment from vendors to improve their ranking or editorial coverage.
Our current affiliate relationships: DaySchedule (live), TIMIFY (application pending), Zoho (application pending). See our full affiliate disclosure for details.
Editorial standards
No invented facts
We do not claim features a product doesn't have. Where we can't independently verify a claim, we note it as unverified.
Pricing transparency
Pricing changes. We link to vendor pricing pages and note when figures need verification before you rely on them.
No paid rankings
Products are covered based on relevance to clinic use. We don't accept payment for placement or improved scores.
Disclosure on every page
Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page that contains affiliate links — not just buried in a footer.
